Booked the most expensive room type, but when I arrived, I found that it wasn't what I was expecting. The photos make the rooms look much bigger than they really are + misrepresent what's included in them.
Initially, they wanted to give me a room without a desk which is one of the main reasons I booked the most expensive room. So they moved me to a smaller room that had a desk.
The walls are super thin so you hear everything happening in the hallways and building, unless you can move to a room facing the street which is far enough away from everyone else to not be as loud. I was able to be moved to one such room after a few days in the smaller room.
From the outside, the building looks in disrepair because they haven't put any signage up. I thought I arrived at the wrong address when I got there in fact. Inside, it's relatively clean and decent looking.
The kitchen is tiny so don't expect to cook much. The bathrooms are kinda spread out and there aren't enough toilets for everyone staying there.
If you want the best room, ask for B04. It's spacious, has a desk, and is far enough away from the staircase and bathrooms to not deal with the noise.
The rooms on the third floor facing the street are decent too, but the balcony in front of them are accessible to everyone so everyone can look into your room if you have the blinds open, which isn't ideal.
Overall, I'd say my stay was kinda mediocre, mostly because I expected better. For a few nights, it's not a bad place.
