The property was very clean and modern and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped us call a cab to the airport. Housekeeping was absolutely excellent and cleaned up everyday. They were extremely thorough for the most part. The coffee machine was not very clean and had some white residue in it no matter how much we tried to clean it.
The property, including the room, lobby and elevator were very small! But this is expected in Rome. There were many times where there was nobody at reception, but they would be at the restaurant next door. The property can be tricky to find as there is no sign on the door for the hotel but, there is a sign for the restaurant next door. There are many dining options in this area, but it is a somewhat touristy spot. It was 15 minutes walk away from the Vatican Museums and 12 minutes from the metro. There are also 2 nasoni within the block.
The property is very modern and you need to put the key card into a slot to turn on lights and water in the room. It would've been nice if that was explained at our check in as we had some trouble with that and opening the door (hard push, not turning the door knob!)
A few drinks are provided in the fridge in the room but, if we wanted more it was extra, which we didn't really like. We were not very impressed with the restaurant meals or the breakfast. Regardless it was a good place to stay if you, like us, spent all day exploring the city and wanted to come back to eat and sleep.
