Kitchen and cleaning staff good, management bad
I saw a mosquito in my room, and was kept up most of the night by bites on my head and neck. In subsequent days, I had extremely itchy open welts that took a week to heal.
The staff said that mosquitos sometimes 'come in from the hallway' and I should have asked to have the room sprayed. Okay, either have your room sprayed or sleep with mosquitos biting.
Unfortunately, I left a shirt and trousers in the closet...first time in my life of travel...probably from lack of sleep.
I called, and was able to get reception on the phone once, but they don't answer email, and didn't answer my later calls.
The kitchen and cleaning staff were good and the facility, though old, was workable. I don't like to give low ratings, but don't like to be ignored.
