The bartenders and other staff were all very friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the lack of hot water all four days of my stay. The hotel has a great energy and I would stay again but really only for a two day visit as the rooms are not set up for a longer stay. Was a nice property in a small downtown setting. Renovated bank building was nice use of the space. Showers were good but left plenty of water on the floor which was a surprise. The breakfast was delicious and was not traditional. I would recommend for anyone visiting Springfield, MO.

The bartender took our order and never gave us our drinks, then served four other couples and gave them their drinks before us. The rooms did not have refrigerators, which I didn’t even think to look because normally every hotel I’ve been in has a refrigerator. We were in a room right next to a generator or something, and it was running all night long. For the price I expected more.
