There are three very bad experiences
1. Lift to lower floors on Hopewell center were closed before 8a, otherwise you have to walk down stairs one floor, across a car park to catch on another set of lifts. What if car park is not safe ?What if you are handicap in your legs, how you go downstairs ?The trouble is it's not even opened at 8a until someone prompt the officer on duty, it isn't working, then he called to turn on the lift.
2. House keeping doesn't even have plug adapters out for loan, the plugs on the wall are HK style only.
3. There are eight lifts going up from or down to lobby, if you stand near the right end and the lift is available at far left, because the lifts are not horizontally arranged but convexly arranged, you almost can't see the available lift blinking unless there's a security officer letting you know because by the time you find out the far left lift is available and walking towards it, it could have left.
