Ok for super short stay
This is a new apartment so the amenities were great and the furniture are new although the room we got is not exactly how it was pictured. Great location and easy to get around. However we didn’t have a good experience because:
- there’s an eggy smell from the time we checked in until we checked out. We reported this multiple times but it was ignored
- the room is SO warm and the AC didn’t function properly. It’s only early spring and already so warm inside, I cannot imagine how it would be like during summer. We adjusted the temperature but didn’t work, and I had trouble sleeping everyday. We reported this as well but they never take any action it was super frustrating
- the hot water didn’t work on one of the morning we’re staying
- it was near a busy street so it was loud with car honking all night long and construction happening nearby. It’s more bearable if we close the window, but then it will then be too warm inside sigh
Because there’s no in-person reception, it was difficult to reach them through the app, and they are only attending the messages HOURS after you messaged. Definitely not a 4 star hotel experience as advertised
