Great service from the team from the Concierge, Reception to the housekeeping team. Always on hand to assist you. Location was good, steps away from Masjid Al Nabawi. All in all a highly recommended hotel.
Would be even better if they offered a few more room items like slippers and coffee but that's no big issue.

Had a really good stay! The hotel was very clean and the service was excellent. It’s close to Masjid al-Nabawi and the Quba Market, with plenty of shopping nearby. Only about 15 minutes from Madinah station — very convenient location. Highly recommend!
