Puertovideo is a great value and is centrally located. The owner and staff are extremely pleasant and helpful and speak excellent English. This is a great place to use as a base for getting to know Montevideo and beyond. We had a wonderful experience.

This property is well maintained and newly renovated. I will stay again when in Montevideo. we enjoyed breakfast at a coffee shop located less than a block away called La Farmacia, and we had lunch at a restaurant called: La Imprenta, everything was perfect. I love the fact that they have parking, and very secure.

Banheiro amplo e limpo. Só elogios para essa hospedagem!

This is a great place to stay! It is a small hotel and is not staffed 24/7. But access is easy. In a good location. Felt very safe safe during the day but as a woman I would not have felt particularly safe alone at night. But that is probably a lot of places. We enjoyed our stay there and would recommend!

My room was clean and had the basics for me to manage breakfast and some dinners there. The location is very central but during the four nights I was there alone I brought dinner in because the streets were quite deserted and dark. During the day though it was wonderful. There are so many nearby museums and great restaurants and supermarkets. Also a very handy and excellent laundry mat that does all the work for you. Bethania was very helpful and it was a fun place to venture out to see all of Montevideo!

The property was amazing and modern. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Their parking is in the hotel itself (unlike others in the area where it is a block away). Convenient. Clean. More of a short term apartment rental. Kitchenette. Located conveniently in the old city. There are the odd homeless people sleeping in nearby streets, but that is experienced throughout the old quarter. They do not bother anyone.
