Bring everything that you need. We ran out of hand soap, trash bags, and toilet paper. There was a clothes washing machine, but no detergent. There was a generic unlabelled ziplock bag of white powder under the sink that might have been detergent, but I definitely was not going to use it without being sure. We had to battle roaches during our stay. There was a used condom wrapper in the couch bed, and there was no bedding for the couch bed. I had to repair the couch twice. It seemed to not be assembled professionally and the bolts and nuts were not tightened properly. It was falling apart. The bathroom sink is absurdly big leaving no counterspace. This was extremely annoying. The shower was absurdly small. The shower floor is in dire need of an anti-slip surface. It was extremely slippery. The balcony door has no handle on the outside, which made it very inconvenient when coming back inside from the balcony. The "smart" TV is so old that most of the apps were not usable. The TV was too outdated for those apps' current updated versions... Therefore they would not work properly or at all. I would look for another place to stay on my future extended stays in Larnaca.

Sehr angenehm ruhig und in Strandnähe. Gute Busanbindung zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten in Nikosia, Limasol, Paphos, Agia Napa etc. Die Kommunikation was super und ohne Komplikationen. Jederzeit wieder gerne.
