The lady at the front desk was very unfriendly and crabby. The room she first gave us had piles of dirty sheets on the beds. When we asked her about it she made it clear that we were bothering her. She did then give us a different room that was clean. Other than that it was a fine stay.

I'm never going back. Worst experience ever
Ive had 8 strokes and a seizure. I walk with a cane. We were there because i had to have a spinal tap and other testing. I could barely walk after this. We were charged more for the room then the price we were told. When we to switch from a king to 2 queen beds, we were told 1 price, but charged a higher price. They put us in the very middle of the first floor and i barely made it to the room. I was told to rest, but there was construction going on in a room right across from us, so it was very loud until about 7-8 that night and started about 8 in the morning. The girl wearing the head wrap had a very condescending tone and attitude which i did not appreciate and she was the one that lied about the pricing. I'd stay away.

The lighting in the room was very poor. No overhead lights. The bedside lamp was an extremely bright white with no option to dim. There was only one other light source above the desk. The breakfast left something to be desired

Dried puke and blood on pillow cases
We are usually very happy with our stay at Microtel in Fargo. But this room was so disgusting. I just don’t think we’ll be back. The fan in the shower was hanging half open. There were nail clippings on the floor. There was a puke spot with the dried puke on the carpet. Three of my pillowcases bright red blood spots
