Hotel with a shuttle
The room was clean and comfortable, Nothing spectacular. I did use the shuttle from the airport, but the shuttle to my cruise ship, was already booked, so I couldnt use it.

The shuttle driver dropped us at the wrong Comfort suites. We had no idea that there was another same affiliate hotel close by. We walked at night (which made us women nervous)in drenching rain-not far however- to the right place. We had a king room with a fold out couch that had a dirty mattress with terrible springs- like the kind from the 70s. There ARE better newer mattresses on the market. All else was good and the breakfast was ok. The king bed was also very comfortable.

Pre cruise stay
It was a good simple hotel. Breakfast was minimal but good. Had a muffin and sausage. Nice small pool area. Got in around 9 pm no problem getting airport shuttle. The free cruise shuttle was a big charter bus not a lot of communication regarding the that so I’d wait outside and be aware of what’s going on. If you are in a hurry to get to your ship may want to do a Lyft because driver did drop off at 4 ships but free shuttle. Room smaller than expected for 6 but would stay again.

The hotel needs a make over. The beds are comfortable but the carpeting, sofas, furniture and lighting are old and look very used. The breakfast is okay. The airport shuttle was terrible. We had to wait over 90 minutes when we were told it comes every hour. The shuttle to the Miami cruise pier appears disorganized in the lobby and the bus is crowded.
