Along with the location so close to Jacob’s Ladder and King’s Park - as well as within an easy walk of the harbor - the front desk staff are the best feature of this hotel! Everyone was friendly and helpful and genuinely welcoming!

Perfect location
Perfect place for work / holiday. This is in a great location, walking distance to city shops, but also very quiet area. Close to the waterfront if you like to go for a morning walk. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the cafe next door has great breakfast.

Nowhere nearby that was open for dinner on a Sunday, even though the information listed at Quest stated next door was open. The staff were all knowledgable and very helpful. Our room was comfortable and quiet. We stayed 7 nights so it was useful having an on site laundry. Unfortunately there was only one washing machine and one dryer for all the guests in the hotel.
