Nico and Cris and Inaki provided excellent service. Great attitude by the staff. The room was comfortable and clean. Great residential neighborhood. World class breakfast. The breakfast staff of Virginia and Laura were incredibly accommodating and so nice. Everyone at the hotel was very nice. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Overall this is a good hotel and the staff is friendly. We chose a room with a bunk bed but It was impossible to climb the top bed. The ladder had very thin metal steps and that hurts your feet too much if you are an adult. We had to move the mattress to the floor. So if you rent one of these rooms, be aware it only works for kids

The area is safe and quiet. It closes to the famous museums. However, the comforter has dirty spots and makes me feel uneasy during sleeping. The floor has squeaky noise when someone walks across, so it wakes us up early.
