The area it’s good not all that but for the price it’s ok but if you plan your stay the hot water takes awhile to get hot that’s if you get any that’s the bad side of that plus the beds aren’t that good either but for it’s price it’s a reasonable price.

Dirty and unsafe room conditions. First room assigned had dirty shoe prints in sheets and blankets. Second assigned room had a loose metal black out frame in window that fell down injuring my bare foot.

I have VIP status, place was empty and did not receive upgrade. Staff that refused to upgrade me was rude. Sheets were stained and dirty. Room smelled bad. There are many wonderful places to stay in GDL. I would not recommend this place.

Todo bien, tranquilo, buena ubicación, staff amable, pero el hotel ya comienza a presentar detalles de limpieza y mantenimiento, tal vez por el tiempo que lleva en operación. El baño de la regadera con bastante moho, sobre todo en techo y en orillas; además de que la regadera saca agua hacia todos lados.
