Worst service in a "5" star hotel ever experienced
Total lack of politeness and helpfullness of staff. Nobody exceptmanager speaks english or tries to understand you. Upon checking they downgraded us to a cheaper forest room. We were not allowed to eat in 2 restaurants because we were white, they explicitely said. Food was below avarage and with loud movie Annie on background. Infested with mosqitos. Lake pool is just the dirty lake. Were not able to even get water in our room after trying for 1 hour because of lack of english and willingness to understand. Breakfast is a joke. The menu is on an old dirty plastc sheet. Quality of food is terrible and makes you go to the toilet fast. They dont know what scrambeled eggs are and had ou order wrong 3 times. Pool area has nice guest wo turn it in an open restaurant with oen food and beer and loud behavior staff does nothing. I can keep going on with simular examples needles to say more avoid this resort.
