The first room I checked into, the deadbolt on the door did not lock. The next room I was in had light fixtures that were not working in the bathroom and near the main entrance. Other than that, the room was clean, comfortable and quiet.

Clean and quiet, other than what sounded like someone running a washing machine at 5 am that woke me up. I will say this though, the pillows were the worst I’ve ever encountered in any hotel.

Room was not clean, the bathroom floor was dirty, there was hair on the shower walls, and for being a handicap accessible room it's not that accessible. Although it has a shower chair, it has just a regular shower head. So you can't thoroughly rinse off because the water doesn't even make it to the shower chair. And there's only 2 handicap parking spots for the hotel but there's more than 4 for diamond members. There's stains everywhere, including the lobby. There's scrapes on the walls, holes in the wallpaper, honestly you get what you pay for but I expected better.

If you’re booking a hotel. I suggest calling the hotel directly. I had such a big problem trying to check in from the hotels.com reservation that the attendant just ended up setting up a new reservation for us and giving us a different room. However after that whole fiasco our stay was fantastic.

I paid extra to book an accessible king room. I was given a double queen room when I checked in. Customer service was lacking. Safety with my door locks was concerning. Pretty much everything had stains/splatters on it.

What a decline in one year! Site needs maintenance and cleaning. Breakfast area was filthy. Sorry to say this, but the differing hygiene standards of different cultures is in evidence here. This last stay truly will be my last stay.

This property was not up to code the rooms were ok but the bathroom had a lot of mold. The plug socket blew up my blow dryer and had to get another. When I gave the complaint about my blow dryer the staff did not care. The hotel looks nice from the outside but it’s not a good hotel.

Great hotel for price. I use this hotel often for extended stay business trips in Binghamton/Ithaca NY area. Conveniently located off of NYS Route 17/I-86. Nothing fancy but clean, safe and adequate. Staff very friendly and helpful. Quiet and convenient parking. Breakfast is nothing special, but if your looking for a hearty breakfast, there is a very nice diner (Blue Dolphin) across the street, and McDonald's and Dunkin Donuts close by.
