Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, I had a lovely, clean, comfy room looking out to the sea. I ate in the restaurant, good choice, the food was well presented and tasty.
The only problem I had was I reserved a place in the garage, I was told there would be a sign with my name on the space, when I arriced, there was no place assigned to me, it was very difficult to see the reservations for poor lighting. When I checked in, I explained I had reserved a place but no reservation in the garage was showing, I was told that was ok, I put my car registration into the IPad and was informed the £10 parking fee would be put onto my room. On checking out, there was NO garage fee, this is an ANPR carpark, so I have been informed I will receive a parking ticket. Both Richard and Dawn were very helpful in checking everything and taking my £10 payment, they then advised what I will need to do when I recieve my parking fine.
I booked a reservation in the garage to avoid any issues with parking and in particulr receiving a parking fine
