Friendly hotel which is a majestic building. Staff friendly and helpful. Room dated but super clean. Not keen on the pillows but i am fussy. Tasty breakfast. If you want to have an evening meal here book in advance as no availability when we checked in. Not a huge problem as plenty of places to eat in Harrogate even on a Sunday evening

Well worth a visit
A historic building that has an amazing history. Our double room was huge with a really comfy bed. The room was serviced every day and very clean. Breakfast was a buffet style with everything you could want, Full English, pastries, fruit salad, yoghurt, ham, cheese etc. Staff super friendly and helpful throughout. Parking is available both at the hotel and 30 metres away at a public car park £12-14 a day.

Elegant leisure
It was amazing lovedcevery minute, the reception staff were friendly and efficient, the barman was amazing, friendly, and very welcoming. My only fault was the rooms in the suite were freezing on refection we should have called down and got some blankets. Breakfast was adequate a good selection but the hot food buffet was jnot hot just warm but still tasty.
