Amazing hotel in mid town Manhattan
The hotel room was extremely spacious and clean. The staff went above and beyond each and every day with a welcome smile and always providing hot chocolate and tea and coffee in the lobby. I will definitely go back to this exact hotel when I’m in Manhattan.

Good hotel good location AMAZING STAFF. Yadira and Jamie made the stay over the top. Jamie is the all in one goto guy. Yadira will beat hotels.com every day of the week and ensure your stay is awesome. She is the reason we extended our stay. Make sure you have one meal at the trademark it will be worth it. We will stay here again on our next visit, but we will book through the hotel. HOTELS.COM needs to do better. The hotel does have on-site parking IF YOU BOOK THROUGH THE HOTEL.

Front desk staff was nice there was no bell hop or valet as advertised making it very difficult for a pregnant mother with 2 children in tow to park and get checked in. The linens were scratchy and the bed was very uncomfortable but location is good.

Perfect little layover
We used this hotel as it’s situated reasonably central, it had everything we needed. Our room was ready very early so it allowed us to check in and leave bags in order to go and explore Manhattan. The later check out is a great feature. We thought about using the gym, but after choosing to walk everywhere yesterday…40000+ steps was enough, the option of a fitness suite is something is a massive plus for us !

10/10 for Families Wanting to Explore.
Super easy check in and check out. Concierge had amazing recs for food and activities to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. They even sent warm chocolate chip cookies up to the room, free of charge, for our birthday girl. We arrived 3 hours prior to check in and they had a clean room ready for us, and even stored our bags the entire day after we checked out, since we had a night time flight. The hotel is centrally located in a quiet, safe area of Koreatown. We were close enough that we could walk to all of our Broadway shows and even Times Square!

What an amazing short stay!
Staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel felt like being in someone’s home in how cozy it was, even had a living room with a fireplace et all. The room was like a small studio apartment, even had a microwave and a sink, along with a good coffee machine. The views were amazing as you can see, sleeping and waking up right next to the empire state building was epic! Be sure to check it at night when the hour changes for the light show. We will definitely be coming back to this one! Thank you
