The place was neat and clean but it was super small, the luggages couldn't fit in there. We kept bumping at them as we were walking around the place. The bed it was extremely soft, they had a small kitchen inside which was amazing so we could make our breakfast. We had all the supplies we needed to cook. Customer service was good, they would help real quick if you had any questions or needs.The view was beautiful but we didnt get to enjoy it since it was raining like crazy throughout the whole weekend we stayed. The resort is 45 min away from the city, so not so close. My only criticism for this place is that I understand they dont do refunds but you should have the right to reschedule if you cant make it at the day you booked. This places is pretty expensive and they should give you that opportunity. I had to go last weekend because I couldn't reschedule and I didn't have a good time because it was raining all the time, we didnt get to enjoy the pool, the bbq outside, the beautiful view, or stay in the padio...nothing at all. We were pretty much forced to go there because otherwise we would lose the money. Very disappointed and it was my anniversary weekend. I am not coming back just because of his policy, I think it is unfair in my personal opinion.

왠만하면 이 곳은 피하세요. Hotels.com에서도 제휴를 중단 요청드립니다.
우선 저는 해외지사 근무하고 있고 업무 특성상 출장이 많아 약 지난 2년동안 Hotels.com 통해 85박 이상을 예약했고, 다른 예약사이트를 통해서도 그 정도의 숙박을 진행했습니다. 이 기간 동안 당연히 Complaint을 제기한 적이 단 한번도 없음을 우선 알려드립니다. Hotels.com과 확인 가능합니다. 한국에 있는 가족과 간만에 설 연휴 휴가 전 하루를 묶기 위해 늘상 있는 호텔보다는 이벤트가 있는 곳이 좋겠다 싶어 이곳을 예약했습니다. 시작부터 방 예약이 잘못되어 삐걱되긴 했지만 현금 5만원을 추가로 더 주고 스위트룸으로 방 옮겼습니다. 총 $ 210 이 넘는금액을 하루 숙박으로 투자를 했지요. 방이 추워서 난방을 요청했고, 시간이 걸릴 듯 하여 짐만 내려놓고 충주 시내로 나와서 2시간 넘게 식사를 하고 돌아왔지만 여전히 추웠습니다. 아이들이 물놀이를 하고 싶어해서 욕실으로 갔지만 너무 추웠고 물을 틀었을때 약한 수압때문인건지 처음 10초간만 뜨거운 물이 나오고 미지근한 물만 나와 어쩔 수 없이 커피포트에 물을 끊여서 일부 데워가며 있었지만 공기가 너무 차가워 10분도 채 안되어 나왔습니다. 지속적으로 객실 온도를 올려줄 것을 요청했지만 최선을다하고 있다고만 얘기하더군요. 만약 이 객실이 난방이 좋지 않다는 정보를 미리 알려줬다면 아예 방 정보가 바뀌었을 때 취소를 하고 나갔을 겁니다. 거실 온도가 밤 10시 30분 기준으로 24도가 겨우 올라갔고, 침실과 욕실은 여전히 숙박이 불가능한 상태였습니다. 온풍기를 가져오고 전기장판을 주며 거실에서 자라고 하는데...그 돈주고 전기장판에 자려고 온것도 아니고 수차례 더 요청을 했지만 모두 묵살되었습니다. 매니저는 사장이 아니라 자기는 힘이 없다고만 하고 사장 전화번호를 주거나 전화 연결을 해달라고 해도 안해주더라구요. 사장이 오고 있다는데 언제 오는지 몇시에 도착하는지도 모른다고 하더군요. 11시가 되도록 객실 2곳의 온도는 3세, 5세, 7세 3명의 아이들이 잘 수 있는 상황이 아니였고, 객실안에서 다운점퍼를 다들 입고 있었지만 상황이 나아지지 않고 아이들은 평소 수면시간을 2시간 지났지만 정상적으로 잠자리에 들어갈 수 없었습니다. 매니저도 성인만 있으면 모를까 본인도 아이들이 있다면 힘들수 있다고 하더군요. 결국 추가 조치가 없어 밤11시에 객실 이용도 못하고 체크아웃하고 다른 호텔로 급하게 옮겼습니다 객실변경한 5만원도 돌려주지 않더군요. 돈을 돌려받고 안받고의 문제가 아니라 서비스의 기본이 안된 업체입니다. 저는 그냥 벌벌 떨며 객실에서 3시간 정도 체류하며 $210 새해 전에 액뗌했다고 치지만 더 이상의 피해자가 나오면 안된다고 생각합니다. 이 곳을 예약하시기 위해 검색하시는 분들께 꼭 참고되셨으면 합니다. 비싼 돈 주고 인간이하 취급 받고 싶다면 예약하셔도 괜찮습니다. 그래도 상담해준 해외&국내 Hotels.com Gold member 상담원분들은 최대한 문제를 해결하기 위해 애써주셨습니다. 해결되지는 않았지만 그 마음에 감사드립니다.

수압이 약해 샤워도 제대로 못했음
어른과 동일하게 12개월 이상 아가들도 무조건 2만원 추가라고하여 확인차 연락드렸는데 아이들이면 수영장 물도 오염되어 물을 다 다시 갈아야아고~ 원풀 스파도 아이들이 물을 많이 써서 수도요금이 많이 나와 무조건 2만원 추가라고 해서 추가요금을 모두 지불하였는데 세상에나... 물이 쫄쫄쫄 나와서 스파고 뭐고 샤워도 제대로 못했다. 물이 너무 안나온다고 하니, 원래 수압이 약하다고;;;;; 수영장 물도 새로 갈지 않고 그대로 두던데... 그리고 올라가는 길이 좁고 험해서 매우 불편하였음. 하지만 캡슐커피도 있고 칫솔도 있고 큰타월도 있고 전체적으로 시설은 깨끗했다. 물때문에 추가요금을 받는다고 하였는데 우리는 여자 3명이 임산부라 수영장, 스파 사용 일체 안한데다 그 외 사람들은 샤워도 제대로 못한거 빼곤 괜찮았음.

조용하고 깨끗함
깨끗하고 저희만 이용 할 수 있는 수영장도 있고 바로 옆 바베큐장도 깔끔하니 좋았어요. 바로 앞 충주호가 보이니 편안히 휴식 하며 힐링 할 수 있었습니다. 시설도 깨끗하고 같이 간 일행들 모두 만족하며 잼난 시간 보냈네요.

깨끗하고 조용한 호텔
커플 여행에 완벽한 호텔입니다. 객실 내에서 밖의 소음이 거의 완벽하게 차단되고 빌라형이라서 위 아래층 소음이 없어 휴식형 여행을 계획하고 있다면 더이상의 선택이 없을 만큼 만족할 수 있습니다. 창 밖 풍경도 휼륭합니다. 객실내 인테리어도 모던 미니멀리즘으로 깔끔하며, 비품도 잘 갖추어져 있어 불편함 없이 지낼 수 있습니다. 개인풀(private pool)은 커플이 이용하기에 충분하며 수질도 잘 관리되고 있었습니다. 아침 조식이 안되고, 주변에 식당이 없어 불편하지만(간단한 식사를 준비할 수 있도록 인뎍션, 냉장고, 전자렌지-마이크로웨이브렌지-가 구비 되어 있음) 조용한 숙박을 원한다면 감수해야 할 것 같았습니다.

젊은 분이 운영하시는듯한데 처음 예약방문할때부터 안내전화도 해주시고 꼼꼼히 챙겨주십니다 직원분 서비스는 작은 펜션이 아니라 리조트호텔급 입니다 방에서 바라보게 되는 뷰는 제주도와 비교해도 부족함이 없네요 방도완전 따뜻했어요

숙소는 좋지만 외지고 추가인원당 2만원 비용이 발생
호텔스 닷컴등으로 예약하면 2인으로 만 예약됨. 분명 4인으로(애기 2명) 예약했음에도 체크인 할때 2인으로 되어 있어 2인 추가 요금 내라고 함. 어쩔수 없이 4만원 추가 함. 이후 이불 1채에 배개 2개 주고 끝.

객실의 상태는 전체적으로 청결한 편입니다. 수영장의 상태는 최상이며, 항상 청결한 상태를 유지하고 있습니다. 수영장에서 바라보는 충주호 상류지류의 풍경은 뛰어납니다. 체크인 시간을 기다려야 하는 고객을 위한 대기실이 공사중이라 불편했습니다. 스탭은 친절하며, 구성원은 모두 남성입니다. 컴퓨터를 할 수 있는 곳이 없습니다. 산에 위치하고 있어 비포장 1차선 도로이며, 객실 내부에 벌레들이 출몰합니다.
