Great overall hotel for a big family with kids... we stayed in one of those 2 connected rooms and it was perfect for a family... very clean and only 5 min walk to the train and/or bus station (9 min trip to Innsbruck city center). I would definitely recommend it if you are trying to visit Innsbruck but not break the bank.

This was a great family stay, as the connecting rooms were very well laid out, and perfect for us. The hotel staff member we spoke to was fantastic as well. There wasn't much in the area within walking distance, but a short drive took us to everything we needed.

Located near industrialized area. Good if you have a car. Plenty of EV charger outside and in car garage. Comfort level just acceptable as the amenities are just a grade above motels. Reception closed at 8pm so no night guard or services.

Trip to Innsbruck
I stayed here for a trip to Innsbruck. The hotel is conveniently located at about 10 Lin from the train station from which you can easily go to Innsbruck. The rooms are clean and spacious enough for a business trip. The staff very polite and efficient. It's definitely a recommendable place to stay.

We arrived late night but there was easy way to late check-in. Room was good and cleaners visited every day. There are also good connections to Innsbruck and also Wattens (where we visited Crystal world). We were happy to stay at this hotel!

We had a nice stay. The room was big enough and bed was comfortable to sleep. There was no mini fridge or something but it was not an issue for us. It could have been better if reception staffs learn to smile to the guests. Recommend place to stay.

Touring Europe
We arrived due to our flight, the receptionist was very rude saying we could have our room at 3 , she gave us no information about where we could wait , we left our bags behind the desk . At 3 we asked if our room was ready , she looked at her watch and said yes and just gave us a key , again no information. The room was the farthest away , very basic 1 small bottle of water left . Towels were not changed in 4 days we were there, they just emptied our bin .
