Staff courtesy is top notch!

We ended up having some health complications that we had to deal with and housekeeping staff and all involved were understanding and dealt with the entire situation and us kindly and professionally. The staff was amazing. Our initial check in staff member went out of his way to accommodate the confusion with the TV. He also helped with the game room and obtaining extra silverware and cups.
