The check in process for this place was a nightmare. I read some reviews that suggested what happened to me had happened before, but I was hoping those were exceptions. Sadly I fear they are more than common. The room I was given was NOT what was in the photo and I got 2 twin beds stuck together, instead of a queen. The room condition is run down. The best part of this place is the balcony, view and location, with easy access to a great beach. When I contacted the host, they said the different room was due to Covid and needing to clean the other one. I then tried to book the "other one" for the next 4 nights, since I really liked the location. But, they lied again and I was informed (after spending hours talking to 3 people on site) that there was NO other room available at all. As I was trying to find a place to stay, somewhere, anywhere in the building, the owner of this place announced I had exceeded the check out time and I would be charged a second night, for the exact room I was in, which was really substandard. Orbitz had to intervene, all of which took hours away from my morning and really ruined these first 2 days in Montego Bay. Just be warned.
