We asked for toilet paper to be brought to our room while we were out & we were told no that we would have to pick it up when we came back..! Restaurant staff was amazing

Calling it Wilanów ( after Palace Wilanow) is a bait. It's a run-down fascility, carpets in hallways fithy, leaky shower stalls. Incompetent staff. The restaurant and bar has a very limited menu. Other closest places to eat are McDonalds and a gas station.
