Terrible Customer Service & Sketchy staff!
The hotel room was good, we got the 2 bedroom suite for over $400 it was very roomy and the beds were comfortable. The front desk attendants and the staff in general not very helpful, or really interested in doing more than the bare minimum which is charging your card. The electric blinds didn’t work so that was interesting with the sun shining bright and early. We left an ID and card we called and the staff really didn’t care , wanted to call me back instead of asking housekeeping. They never called me back over a week later. So just be careful we cancelled the card but they have possession of someone’s government issued ID.

We had a great stay! The hotel is very clean and nicely decorated. Our room had two queen beds and was very spacious! The beds were very comfortable. There was a large desk area with plenty of room to set our things on and the tv worked great. The bathroom was a nice size, great counter space. Plenty of hot water in the shower and all Dove products with pumps in the bottles! That was a really nice touch. The little bottles and tiny bar of soap most hotels provide is so annoying. We ate at the restaurant for dinner and it was very good. The pool and hot tub were a hit too. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location and stay!
The front desk help was very kind and helpful. Overall the hotel was very nice and clean. I did see a couple of issues that need to be addressed for general upkeep. The mirror in our room was damaged on the frame. It didn't impair the function but did make it seem less upkept. The bathroom door dragged on the floor and there was part of the door damages. Both items show that the property needs some upkeep. Indoor pool and hot tub was nice for my daughter!
