We stayed for 3 nights, Friday, Saturday & Sunday. While checking in, we were informed that turn down services were only offered every other day. So Saturday there were no services offered. We fully expected that Sunday they would be. My wife and I left for the Cowboys game at about 10:00am and made it back just before 5pm, no turn down service. No clean sheets or additional towels for use, no garbage removal either. When we called the front desk, he basically said, we could have requested turn down service at any time, then offered it for the next day, which would be our departure day. My wife asked for clean towels, so those were brought to us. We paid about $925.00 to stay for 4 days and 3 nights, but the front desk did nothing for the hotel’s mistake. No complimentary service, no voucher, nothing. Just said he would speak to his manager, never heard from anyone again!
