The hotel was updated and visually appealing. Our standard king room barely had any room to walk around the bed, very tight space, but okay for just two of us for one night. Shower was good but narrow. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. No major issues. Parking wasn’t far but it was confusing to find at first. The parking lot cost $20 for up to 24 hours, and was about a 2.5 block walk from the hotel. Finding dining nearby was tricky only because parking was not available at most restaurants and we were not familiar with the area.
When we arrived, check in was slow, we were third in line. The front desk associate was being fairly rude to an international guest, and we felt bad for the guest.
Breakfast had a pretty long window and there was a good selection of hot and cold items - oatmeal, pancakes, bacon, eggs, omelettes, yogurt, pastries, cereal etc.
Generous checkout time of 11am.
Our only big complaint would be construction starting directly across from our room around 5am, waking us up earlier than we planned.
