First off, we weren't supposed to stay at this hotel. The booking we made was for a different place, but the address took us to this location. So, Expedia, you need to fix your system.
As for this place, the place looked alright, except for the air conditioning being down in the lobby...or at least that's what they said. It was actually down in the entire building. When we arrived in our room, we had no towels or toilet paper. It was late, so we ignored it, but the room was hot and it was difficult to get a decent night's sleep, even with the in-room unit.
The next morning, when I called the front desk to request towels and toilet paper around 7:30am (on my cell phone, because the phone in the room wasn't working), we were told housekeeping would bring it up around 9am when they came in. After 9, we called again; we were told it would be soon. 15 or 20 minutes later, we were told they were still working on it. I eventually went out to buy toilet paper. No towels were ever brought to us, so neither my wife and I were able to get in a shower. My wife gave our three-year-old a bath and dried him off with one of her shirts.
Around check out time, the manager was nowhere around. She left a single employee up front.
This place was no even worth the Expedia price we paid, and if there is anyone worth anything, we'd get some of our money back for the incredible pain this was.
