Average Stay
We booked this hotel because it was close to our concert location. It was easy to locate and to get to off of the highway. It also was near lots of businesses and restaurants. Including Jungle Jim's international grocery store. Upon arrival we had difficulty checking in and she said they had the paid hotels.com reservation but not a credit card on file. Once we got to a room there was a slight smell and the room was somewhat worn. Not bad but definitely not updated. We got unpacked and started to wind down for the evening. We tried to turn the TV on and it did not work. We also tried to reset the clock on the nightstand that did not have the correct time but we were unable. After reaching out to the front office the only employee working for the evening came up to the room and was unable to get the TV working. She moved us to another room. This room was in a little better shape and we had a good night sleep. The hotel served a nice breakfast. We had no problems with check out until after we left the hotel. Our card that was left for only incidentals was attempted to be charged for our stay which was already paid for. When I reached out to the hotel they told us they had no record of us paying for our second night. Our room was paid for in advance and was non-refundable for two nights. After providing them with all our information we were told they would give the information to their manager. All of the staff were kind and overall this was an average stay.
