We were 3 families, only my family was booked via hotels.com and thats precisely why I was given worst room on the property despite the knowledge of the front desk that the room was not guest worthy and the hotel was fully booked. The room's bathroom tub was cracked and leaking and not draining. Property manager helped by allowing us to use bathroom of another room. But overall, I will suggest everyone to avoid this hotel and moreover bookings through hotels.com since the guests who use hotels.com to book the property are treated as second class and priority is always given to those who book directly with the hotel property. this is the ultimate truth, weather you want to believe or not.
