This was a great spot to stay, and hands down our favorite of the 4 motels we stayed at on our roadtrip. The bed was very comfortable, the room was very clean and the building was quiet. We appreciated the charm of the building and its proximity to activities in town. We enjoyed how close it was to the brewery we ate at, the rose garden, and the dessert shop we found. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Eugene!

Courtesy Inn lived up to its moniker. They were always friendly and courteous, and the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The area around it is very walkable. Easy walk — under 15 minutes — to great restaurants and shops.

The room was just fine for our needs for the quick visit to Eugene (bed was surprisingly comfortable), but it is an older property and on the edge of not the greatest part of town, so walking at night was done carefully. I go to Eugene fairly often and this was the1st time I've stayed @ the Courtesy Inn and it was very nice. Rooms are spacious and everything was very clean. A little dated but just what you'd expect from a hotel of this age. Definitely stay here again.
