This hotel needs a makeover to deserve its five star holiday hotel status. Pool area specifically is outdated, lots of small tiles disappeared, broken or loose. Almost half the sunbeds are in bad shape. Towel service can be better, either allow more than one towel per person (the towels are really small) or offer larger towels.
In the rooms you can easily spot paint blathering off, airco is very noisy.
All in all one can see this hotel has not been maintained the way one would expect for its rating.
Breakfast is good and everyone can find something to their liking. Staff is very helpful, friendly and present in sufficient numbers.
It is the building and its premises that need an overhaul.
