Staff ruined our stay.
We already did a few hotels in Patong. People are nice and eager to help. But in this hotel, I had the feeling they wanted to do everything in their power to get as much money out of us as possible. One day, we went to the beach, so when we came back we asked if we could change our towels as they weren't changed because we had them with us. They didn't let us do that. The next day, they left a note in the room where we had to pay 400 baht for a handtowel because it got dirty. They even called the police when I said I was already paying them to clean the room. Obviously it was a friend of theirs as the owner drove'of with the policeman after the incident on his scooter, laughing. Well, I didn't pay, washed it myself and brought it back. Good as new, told them to learn how to wash. But, the location was good. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, as there are much nicer options for the same price or even less.
