Very disappointed 😞
Where to start.....
First I did not expect a highend stay but I did exspect good customer services and a clean room.
First we pull up infront for check in. The front desk person was standing outside arguing with someone on the phone while smoke. Made us wait several minute while finishing there smoke.
They finally came in to help us they continued to have there conversations on the phone the whole time they checked us in.
When we booked earlier in the month and paid in advance we informed them a services dog would be with us and i would need one level with clean access to our room.
While checking in the front desk kept try to charge the additional fee for my service dog.
It was explained to them several times that in the motels policy stated all pet fees for service animals are wavied.
They were very annoyed visible while correcting my paperwork.
After a 30 plus minute check in we finally get to our room.
At first glance it looked nice and smelled clean. But after being in the room a few minute we found gummys on the bathrrom floor, A dirty shower/tub, dirty floors trash in the trash can. Tv stand had rings of thick sticky substance on them.
You could tell the staff made the beds with over bleached linen, added towles and soap then left.
Im sad to see that a small place like this does not hold a higher standard. I have stayed here many time off and on over 20 plus years and this was the first time I said I don't believe we will come back.
