I would give this one a miss, really!
I stayed in this hotel for two nights during a business trip. Due to some event in Paris, my normal hotels were fully booked. This also means any hotel charges whatever they like. So this hotel charged me 200+ euro per night.
Well, I barely slept both nights. On top of the fact that the hotel is very noisy, my room was extremely warm, the radiator was off and the aircon was set to heating (winter setting I guess) but did not react to anything. After the first night I complained to the manager and he came to check and admitted it was hot indeed, but he would fix it.
Well second evening upon return it was the same, so I went to reception again. The girl tried to switch the aircon to the summer setting so it would cool again but this was not possible. She called the manager and he came up with the brilliant idea that I could open the window. Well, my room was on the ground floor and the window was more a garden door. So they made me sleep with window from ground to ceiling open, a curtain that blew in every now and then and city noises on top of the hotel noises. But they convinced me that no one could come in...yeah right, real assurance!
My complaints did not really reach the manager the other morning, when he came with me to check he said, that it was not hot at all...duh the window is open!
When I asked what he could do about this he did not understand English anymore.
Really bad service and that for more than 200 euros per night.
