Third party bookings
I was very dissatisfied with our whole experience and learned not to every book and extended stay when you are not positive on your end date.
Because it was booked third party, the hotel was unwilling to even make a room change without charging full price again for a different room. Also they would not work with us to short our stay. They wanted us to contact hotel.com or Expedia to make changes. Lots of luck finding a number to call to do that.
We book the room for three people and ended up in a room with two DOUBLE DEDS not queens. I asked to change rooms because of that. In the room we were in, we were packed in, which made it nearly unbearable.
The breakfast are was “make your own” waffles and omelets. Some mornings the wait time made McDonald's the best option.
