Great location
Location of the hotel is great and the owner is a nice person. However, he's only there when he's welcoming a guest or other things. There's not always someone present if you have questions etc. He responds very fast to your emails, but would be better if there was someone. For example, other guests broke off the key in the door and couldn't enter the building. Instead of calling the owner, they kept ringing the doorbell... Then the breakfast! If you're Italian, you might not mind the croissants packed in plastic and the juice boxes. I think that if you call yourself a B&B, this is not the way to go. The location is great, next to the Tiber and at the border of Trastevere. We didn't hear many noise from the bar downstairs. I think the B&B is fairly new and everything was clean.
