This room was for my dad to stay in, he actually really liked it.
However, there was a mistake with Hotels.com that took about 45 mins to fix, and a missed Christmas Eve dinner. I found the front desk lady to be short and kinda out of pocket, initially. The reservation was modified for an additional day, and they were left unaware, and not their problem.
I could see the reservation was extended, so there was an error somewhere. I was worried being Christmas Eve, we were going to be out of luck.
It ended fine, but without any acknowledgement that it was an error on their part, and stress on mine.
My dad liked the actual hotel a lot, the breakfast, the bed, the coffee and Christmas Cookies- I just think he could have been treated kinder, after all it was Christmas.
