Pool heater is out of service for the next few months. Room service opened the door on us saying the room was supposed to be checked out the day before (that’s when I actually checked in), then another room service manager knocked the door to get more information (Not their fault, they had a sheet in hand showing the room number) so I suppose the receptionist who checked us in dropped the ball. Kevin from front desk was friendly but could not help transfer us to a nearby hotel with a functional (properly heated swimming pool). Marriott customer service could not help because I booked through hotels.com but hotels.com customer service was able to help cancel the 2nd night and get a refund for that night.
