Unprofessional and incompetent at reception desk, average service time 15 mins for each guest, my check in took 45 mins (only e people before me), I was asked 300 dollars deposit, credit card and debit card on MasterCard circuit did not work (never happened before), ATM not working, left alone with my own problem for 2 hours to try to find a way to pay the deposit. It was a nightmare, after 15 hours flight I was totally ignored at the check in 'cause I could not find a way to pay the deposit. Ventilator was very loud, could not sleep, a constant thrill from landphone every 30 mins, not sure what that was.
