I just came back from a solo trip (F) to Palais Moulay Said. This place is absolutely breathtaking! It’s a raid so rooms don’t have windows like most ( if not all) places in The city. This one is just amazing because if you open the door or the window on the inside side it has a stunning view on mosaics and pillars. The pool here is breathtakingly beautiful and has staff around it all the time for safety, towels and for the drinks/food bar. The location is just perfect! Right in the middle of Medina close to all you need and want to see and in the hub of an exciting shopping street. The second you step into the hotel it’s calm and serine. The porters are always there to keep it safe and to wish you a welcome home and a good day. The rooms are super clean and the cleaning ladies are always friendly and do an amazing job. The breakfast was lovely. Everything you need; from chocolate croissants to omelette and from salad to warm dishes like creamy chicken and rice. The big big big thing of this raid is the staff. They are all AMAZING. They made me feel so welcome and really made my time here extra wonderful.
I had a airconditioning issue what was solved by the amazing Majid. He was so friendly and calm and made it all super better with his smile and calm approach. He really listened and let me know he understood my feelings. A trade that many professionals can only dream of ever achieving. Thanks palais Moulay staff for a great time and greetings through my stay.
