We made a reservation with 5 adults and 2 little children. When we arrived, the room wasn't ready yet. We left our luggage in a boiler room that had a water leak. One of the bags that wasn't water resistent got wet including our shoes. The guy at the reception looked really panicked about our rooms, like they didn't have rooms left (we booked a month in advance). The guy asked the ages of the 2 children and they put the family with children in a small room for 3 persons with a children's bed without matras in it.
My room (2 persons) was good, just like the pictures, but the other rooms where horrible. Hygiene was terrible, molt on the walls and nothing like the pictures.
I realized after 2 nights that we booked a 4 persons room for the family with children. We also payed more for it, but they gave us the 3 persons room anyways. I went to the reception and the girl gave me a big mouth, acting like I was stupid. She said they could upgrade the family, but money back for the nights we didn't get the room was not possible, because the rules were that with the age of the children: the family would always get a 3 persons room and not a 4 persons room even though you payed for it. While I was calling Expedia, I overheard an other guest that had the same problem. Also same problem in the reviews on Expedia. Don't book here!! They try to let you pay for the better room and give you a bad one. Hoping you won't notice and rebook the room you booked. This hotel is a scam!
