Booked the duplex room - bedroom on a mezzanine level with sofa bed, dining area & kitchen downstairs. Lots of space which was very welcome. Very little outside noise despite room being at the front of the hotel and being on a tram route. Plenty of bars & restaurants within easy walking distance. All staff very friendly & helpful & hotel very clean.

Rude receptionist

The hotel was clean and the bed was very comfortable, which I appreciated. However, our check-in experience on 14th August was very disappointing. The receptionist was extremely rude and her behavior was completely unacceptable. The parking door was faulty, and despite me trying multiple times as instructed, it still didn’t work. Instead of helping, she sent me back and forth three times and then started speaking in French about us to other guests, assuming we wouldn’t understand. This was disrespectful and unprofessional. It’s unfortunate, because the hotel itself was nice, but the staff attitude left a very negative impression.

Fantastic stay with friendly and accommodating staff. The location is great - highly walkable and just a short distance from the metro, making it easy to explore further afield. I arrived two hours before the official check-in time expecting to store my bag, but was pleasantly surprised to be given immediate access to my room. Very good value for money.
