Worst hotel experience in Lisbon
The toilet was not flushing because there was not water coming in. After mentioning it, it took 2 days we could not use the toilet. Had to fill baskets with water under the shower. The curtain was broke, it took 3 days to fix it while the sun was coming in at 5:30 am. There was hardly anybody in the bar and restaurant for service. The elevator light was not working, and then it did not work at all, costed 4 days to fix it. Bar was closed due to construction, not mentioned anywhere in front. Construction and painting was going on in the complete hotel. I really don’t understand the 5 stars, must have been from 25 years ago.
The pictures they show are looking very nice but it is a very overrated hotel with really bad service.
For work I come around 8 times per year in Lisbon, but this was by far the worst hotel. If they renovate it completely it can be nice but not in the shape it is now.
