Disappointed
I dislike leaving bad reviews but had to do it this time. Reception was great! The room…bed sheets felt like they were washed in salt water; sticky and unpleasant to sleep on. The sink leaked. The faucet was not really attached to the surface. The shower would not fully shut off and I never had hot water. The power went out at 20:00 and was still off when I checked out at 07:00. The walls are THIN and the hotel was loud in general, so if you are a light sleeper, stay away. Pick a different hotel because this one is a bummer.

Mucho mejor que la vez anterior, pero en verdad realmente necesitan trabajar mucho más en la atención al público de las personas que están en la recepción porque son la cara del hotel y la verdad deja mucho que desear.
