The castle in wood has something magical, as if you were featuring in a movie. It was beautiful in summer but must also be very cozy in winter. Definitely worth a stay, but also definitely overpriced for the kind of service and the room. We ended up paying almost 250 euros for one night, without breakfast, and the room was quite small (low ceilings and only a small window) and old. When we arrived, there was no one to open the door or help with luggage (as you would expect for this kind of expensive resort). There was an electricity problem that messed up the software for opening the room doors with a card, so instead of having our own key to the door, someone of the hotel staff had to accompany all guests to their rooms every time we wanted to enter the room during the entire stay. The staff apologised for this inconvenience but nothing was offered as compensation. The indoor pool and gym were nice, but the locker rooms were dirty (as if it were a public pool) and the sauna didn't work. Bed was comfortable though and breakfast was good even though pricey. There are many facilities to enjoy so would recommend spending at least two full days (we made the mistake of arriving only at 6pm and having to leave the next day at 12pm). Overall a good experience but 200 USD a night including breakfast would be a more reasonable price for what you get.
