The room itself was nice, but the check-in process was a mess, bad communication, surprise charges and requirements that they asked one day before check-in. If you try to ask them what the charges are for (as it’s not explained when they send you an e-mail, they only send a payment link with the price) it takes hours to get an answer or you get one from an AI. They also ask for ID verification, stating there’s no one to check you in, but once you check-in…. you have to talk to the desk at the front to get the key, so it’s not fully online check-in. And also, good luck with the elevators, takes years if you’re in the first 30 levels, and if you want to be healthy and go up the stairs, they won’t tell you where they are, so you have to take the elevator up to 30th floor and then take the stairs back down to your floor??
