The AC worked great, but everything else was a mess...no TV channels, poorly installed unit, and stained sheets, towels, and even the shower floor. That alone might be expected at a Motel 6, but what happened next was unacceptable.
On my second day, I left my wallet in the room. When I returned, I was told my room had been rented to someone else... while I still had it booked. A stranger was already inside with my belongings, in the room i paid for, with it in his name. The staff refused to help, wouldn’t issue a new key, and gave no refund. I had to confront the person just to get my things back.
Completely unprofessional and unsafe. Avoid this place.
