The hotel was clean. When my friend and I checked in we were offered bottles of water or soda. We were also told there were cookies being baked. Upon entering our room and bringing in our luggage I thought it would be brilliant to use the door latch to hold the door open…. Instead it locked us out of the room. The staff was very quick to respond to the issue. I said “you look like a pro, this has happened before.” He responded, “you weren’t the first and you won’t be the last.” I liked the sarcasm. After getting situated and back into our room, we had a very quiet and good rest. We had a decent cooked buffet breakfast. When I went to checkout I was given another bag of goodies. We are planning on staying here again on our way back towards home.
