Terrible
Check in was extra long, no one at the desk. She couldnt find my reservation. Finally brought toilet paper, soap and towel hours lter when the roomate checked in.
It sais free breakfast, when i went the next morning, not a soul around, kitchen and dinning room closed. Front desk nowhere to be found. The bottom of the shower was pink, covered with mold. So hot and humid and was a shared room but only the room
Could be locked, no locker or anything to out the important stuff since it’s shared.
I bailed on the second night and went back to cusco.

I regret to say that I cannot provide a positive rating for this property due to a highly disappointing experience. I made my reservation on July 5th, 2024, with plans to stay on October 8th. However, upon arrival, I was informed that the hotel was fully booked and they had no record of my reservation, despite the fact that I have confirmation from Expedia. While the staff did assist me by finding alternate accommodations, it was at a higher price, in a lower-quality hotel. This was not acceptable, and I will be filing a formal complaint with Expedia. In my over 10 years of travel experience, this is the first time I’ve encountered such a disappointing situation.
